The machining cell will consist of a fabricated base configured with the following:

 • (1) Zagar Z axis module with linear roller guides, linear actuated.
• (1) High speed drilling spindle/ motor module.
• (1) Fabricated bushing plate assembly
• (2) Zagar PT -11 automatic index fixture with (6) position index plates.
• (2) Zagar special internal mandrel collets.
• (1) Zagar pneumatically actuated, 2 Position Indexer Assembly.
• (1) Robot with pneumatically actuated part gripper .
• (1) Control package.
• (1) Flood style Coolant system.
