Gildemeister GMC35. Mfd. 2004. 6-Spindles. 35mm bar capacity. IEMCA SIR36 Bar Loader. High Pressure cabinet with 2 magnetic filters and 2 pumps. (unit is detached from machine). 6000 max RPM on main and front spindles. High pressure coolant system. Synchronized sub-spindle for pickoff and back working. Hydraulic Oil cools spindles. Pos. 6 has 2 slides X- and Y-axis. X-axis used as the cutoff and Y-axis is used as back working. 6 frontal spindles, Pos. 1 does not revolve but Pos. 2 through 6 are revolving. *New Collector with 2 chambers installed in 2014.
